  • Provide clinical supervision to staff, including case assignment, monitoring, and evaluation. Conduct team meetings and provide backup leadership as needed.
  • Manage triage, case assignment, referrals, liaison activities, and staff scheduling to ensure coverage. Collaborate on policy development, implementation, and revision.
  • Track and report on program outcomes and data, producing detailed reports for funders and administration.
  • Maintain case records per policies, standards, and regulations, ensuring effective electronic communication and documentation.
  • Monitor the program budget, including reimbursement and purchasing aspects.
  • Ensure productivity and volume meet standards; oversee quality and performance indicators, conduct audits, and address deficiencies.
  • Serve as a clinical resource and provide direct services and consultation to participants and families.
  • Build relationships within VNS Health and the community, acting as liaison and organizing educational outreach.
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call duties as required.
  • Investigate complaints, complete safety and incident reports in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to staff training and development, including hiring, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee billing systems and participate in special projects as assigned.QualificationsLicenses and Certifications:
    • Valid license and registration in NY as Nurse, Social Worker, Psychologist, Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counselor, or related field
    • For IMT: LCSW requiredEducation:
      • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Nursing, or related fieldWork Experience:
        • At least five years of supervisory and administrative experience, with skills in program and budget management and community relations
        • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; proficiency in Microsoft applications
        • Experience in community behavioral health required for Adult Services
        • Experience with EMR systems preferred
