Entry Level Accountant One of our long-standing clients in the manufacturing industry is looking to add an entry-level accountant to their growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience-perfect for recent graduates ready to launch their careers. Title: Accountant Location: Fully on-site in Milford Hours: 8:00-4:30pm Salary: $60-70k Responsibilities of Accountant: Record financial transactions accurately in accounting software. Maintain general ledger accounts. Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements monthly. Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and customer payments. Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements. Generate financial reports and spreadsheets as required. Help prepare documentation for audits and tax filings. Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies. Maintain organized files and records (digital and physical). Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy. Preferred Experience of Accountant: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required. 0-2 years of accounting or finance experience. Basic understanding of GAAP.
