Job Description:

directly in their homes. We are seeking a skilled Claims Resolution
Manager to join our dedicated team. This role involves overseeing
the claims resolution process, ensuring efficient handling and
settlements of claims while maintaining compliance with healthcare
regulations. The ideal candidate will adeptly manage both the
technical and interpersonal aspects of claims resolution,
supporting our mission to deliver exceptional care through
innovative health solutions. Supervise and manage the claims
process from initiation to resolution, including review,
processing, and settlement of claims. Ensure compliance with
internal policies and external regulations during the claims
process. Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and
insurance companies to resolve disputes and process claims
efficiently. Train and lead a team of claims specialists, fostering
an environment of continuous improvement and excellence. Analyze
trends in claims data to identify areas for process improvement and
cost reduction. Maintain detailed records of claims and generate
periodic reports for management review. Provide excellent customer
service by addressing and resolving patients' billing concerns.
Strong knowledge of healthcare billing and insurance regulations,
including Medicare and Medicaid Proficiency in claims management
software and Microsoft Office Excellent analytical and
problem-solving skills Strong leadership and team management
