Job Description:
A payroll and tax services company is seeking a Systems
Operations Manager to streamline processes, improve operational
efficiency, and introduce innovative tools to support client
payroll and filing workflows. This role is ideal for someone
solutions-driven, analytical, and proactive, with the ability to
enhance systems and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities Include: Improving and streamlining payroll and
tax workflows Introducing new tools and solutions to enhance
operations Managing projects related to process optimization
Working closely with clients to support and refine ongoing systems
Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely task completion Ideal
Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Process-driven with excellent organizational abilities Experience
in payroll, tax, or operations strongly preferred Tech-savvy and
comfortable building or adapting new systems Salary: $80k -
