difference. Join us! Job Description: We are seeking an experienced
Vice President or Director to join our industry-leading Global
Healthcare Investment Banking team. As a Vice President/Director in
Investment Banking, you’ll have experience developing strong
relationships with corporate clients and working across different
products across regions and geographies . You’ll work on deals and
transaction s across the spectrum of our banking products,
including mergers & acquisitions, sell-sides, divestitures,
restructurings, loans, and equity capital and debt capital raises.
You will play an important role in idea generation and content
creation while driving analytical workstreams across junior teams.
Responsibilities: Act as the primary day-to-day client point of
contact with a focus on the Life Science Tools & Diagnostics
sub-sector Review, coordinate and own the analytical work of junior
bankers to move marketing/execution processes forward Refine
marketing/execution materials for maximum client impact Lead IPO
drafting sessions Oversee the creation of M&A models Coordinate
internally across products and countries as part of a global team,
and with external parties on transactions (e.g. lawyers,
accountants, counterparties) Lead diligence processes Identify and
manage all risks related to each deal Skills: Prior VP/Director
level experience in Healthcare Investment Banking, Mergers &
Acquisitions and/or Corporate Development. Prior experience in the
Life Science Tools & Diagnostics sector preferred Very strong
quantitative and analytical skills (including Excel modelling and
valuation work) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
with specific ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely
and defend their validity Ability to work well under pressure and
manage teams to tight deadlines with the aptitude to synthesize
large amounts of information Adaptability, ability to manage
projects independently and readiness to assume a high level of
responsibility as a key member of a team Ability to comfortably
interact with clients in a professional and mature manner Excellent
understanding of financial, legal, and reputational risks facing
large integrated investment banks in today's environment Experience
in training junior bankers Financial, Research and Business
Analysis/Analytics Risk Analytics/Management Learning Delivery
Regulatory Compliance Workforce Diversity Management Minimum

TOWER (NY1100) Pay and benefits information Pay range $275,000.00 -
$350,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on
experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive
eligible This role is eligible to participate in the annual
discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual
