Paralegal – White Plains, NY Our client is looking to hire a Paralegal to support the General Counsel. This role is primarily onsite in White Plains, NY, with some flexibility for remote work. They are seeking a senior-level paralegal with experience in either a law firm or an in-house fund environment. Fund formation experience is strongly preferred, though candidates with related backgrounds will also be considered. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Responsibilities Provide direct support to the General Counsel Oversee the organization and administration of legal documentation Maintain and manage capitalization tables for portfolio companies Administer and track equity grants for portfolio company employees Support portfolio company and fund entity governance and administration Assist with compliance reviews of fund marketing materials Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams across portfolio companies Coordinate with colleagues across the firm’s various office locations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to interact confidently with senior executives across both the management company and portfolio companies Willingness to learn new tools and processes, including DocuSign, Diligent Equity, Diligent Boards, Notion, as well as procedures such as anti-money laundering and FinCEN Beneficial Ownership reporting Demonstrates strong ethical standards and professional integrity Capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners Committed to upholding the firm’s high standards of personal and professional conduct
