Job Title: Marketing Operations Coordinator

Pay Range: $$30/hr - $35/hr
What are the main 3-5 responsibilities of this resource?
They will be working with consumer marketing department, and they plan campaigns, they will not be part of the strategy, but will be involved after the planning is finalized and deal with backup and flow charts and email invoices, and they will track how the team is spending the money planned for that campaign.
Will help with budget tracking, email agencies regarding invoices, create po's, ensure agencies are paid.
They will also support the Events team, who do on the ground festivals and events for activations, they will help with vendor set up in our system, receive invoice and create Purchase Order, and ensure vendor is paid, manage any urgent pay requests and upfront payments that must be managed as per contract terms.
Will work with agencies ensuring that we are tracking information that they share for our partner tracker, and translating it to our tracking records, checking for discrepancies. Manage any credits to vendors as well, so credit memo may be issued and tracked in our system.
2-4 years of experience in similar marketing environment
BA Marketing degree is nice to have, but not required understanding of how media campaigns work familiar with working with agencies, for instance, each campaign will have different flow charts and media buying related to them
Prior experience with the entertainment/media industry is highly preferred, but not required experience with budget tracking and managing campaign invoicing, and spend with vendors, as they will be providing communication between marketing and the agencies and finance any experience with billing is highly preferred ability to work with several different departments, as well as different levels of team members, able to maintain and build internal relationship
