dynamic team. Job Description: As an Epoxy Floor Installer, you
will play a crucial role in our company's success by applying epoxy
coatings to various surfaces, transforming ordinary floors into
beautiful, durable, and long-lasting masterpieces. Your attention
to detail and expertise will contribute to creating exceptional
flooring systems that meet and exceed our clients' expectations.
This hands-on role requires proficiency in epoxy floor installation
techniques, surface preparation, and coating application.
Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces for epoxy installation by
cleaning, repairing, and ensuring proper adhesion. Accurately
measure, mix, and apply epoxy coatings according to project
specifications. Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to achieve
smooth, even, and visually appealing finishes. Collaborate with
team members to coordinate project timelines and workflow. Maintain
a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety
regulations. Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure high
standards of workmanship. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or
challenges that may arise during the installation process. Provide
exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or
questions. Qualifications: Experience as an Epoxy Floor Installer
or similar role. Strong knowledge of epoxy floor installation
techniques, surface preparation, and coating application.
Familiarity with various epoxy products and their specific uses.
Proficiency in using relevant tools, equipment, and machinery.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as
independently. Strong communication and customer service skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment and
materials. OSHA 10 certification or the willingness to obtain it.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to
