Job Description:

Clean Harbors is seeking a dedicated Class B Route Driver to join our team, committed to safety, customer service, and the protection of the environment. As a leader in environmental, energy, and industrial services across North America, Clean Harbors provides critical services including emergency spill response, hazardous waste disposal, and industrial cleaning. The chosen candidate will play a vital role in maintaining efficient operations through responsible driving and waste transportation. Operate Class B vehicles for the transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous waste in accordance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations. Load, unload, and secure loads, ensuring compliance with safety standards and transport regulations. Conduct vehicle inspections pre-trip and post-trip to ensure safe operating condition. Coordinate with dispatch for route planning and timely service delivery to clients. Ensure proper documentation of cargo, route details, and compliance reports. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle at all times. Assist in emergency response and spill cleanup activities when needed. Ability to maneuver and operate Class B vehicles safely. Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions. Ability to handle and transport hazardous materials safely. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Commercial Driving License (CDL) Class B with hazardous materials endorsement. DOT Physical Examination (medical card). Hazmat certification is highly preferred.
