of a dynamic people-person to become a Client Support
Representative for our NJ team! In this role, you will be the
primary contact for Verizon and AT&T customers, providing
expert solutions and driving sales of innovative products and
services. Are you a natural communicator capable of building strong

Management would love to know more about you! What’s The Role Our
Client Support Representative will be expected to: Being the first
point of contact for customers when they reach out in person and
guiding them through their needs. Actively listening to customer
concerns, empathizing with their situation, and working quickly and
politely to find a satisfactory solution. Meticulously recording
details of every customer conversation, including the nature of the
inquiry, the steps taken to resolve it, and the final outcome.
Clearly communicating the customer's issue to the technical team,
relaying technical explanations back to the customer in an
understandable way, and ensuring a seamless resolution process.
Make follow-ups to confirm the customer is satisfied with the
solution to proactively demonstrate a commitment to excellent
service and can help identify any lingering concerns. Engaging in
ongoing training programs to stay updated on new telecom products,
services, and features, as well as to refine communication,
conflict resolution, and other customer service techniques.
Understanding customer problems thoroughly and offering accurate,
helpful, and effective solutions related to telecom products and
services. Identifying opportunities to introduce and sell relevant
Verizon products and services to customers, ensuring they
understand the benefits and value. Fostering trust and loyalty with
customers through positive interactions, attentive service, and
follow-up, aiming for long-term satisfaction. Adapting
communication styles to suit different customer personalities,
backgrounds, and technical understanding, ensuring clear and
respectful interactions. Representing Verizon's values,
professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction in all
interactions, upholding a positive brand image. Staying up-to-date
with the latest offerings, features, and troubleshooting techniques
to provide the most current and comprehensive support. Working with
the Client Support Representative team and upper management,
sharing insights, and aligning with management's goals to achieve
collective success.
