Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in
vacuum and controlled atmosphere melting furnaces serving the
specialty metals industry, is seeking a dedicated Electrical
Engineering Manager to join their dynamic team. As an Electrical
Engineering Manager, you will be an integral part of the
Engineering Department supporting innovative control system design
and power management solutions. The ideal candidate will
demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion
for continuous improvement, which will align successfully within
the organization. Job Title: Electrical Engineering Manager
Location: Rancocas, New Jersey Pay Range: $120,000 - $150,000
What's the Job? Coordinate department activities, establish
priorities, and assign staff to projects focused on control system
design for industrial melting furnaces. Design power generation and
control systems that meet regulatory standards including OSHA,
NFPA, and NEC. Manage the electrical engineering team’s growth and
professional development initiatives. Collaborate with Electrical
Project Engineers to develop PLC software code and electrical
components for furnace systems. Travel to customer sites as needed
to support project implementation and troubleshooting. What's
Needed? B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum of
8 years of industrial experience, including at least 2 years in a
supervisory role, or 10 years of experience with power/control
systems. Strong technical, analytical, organizational, and
communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
and lead diverse groups. Willingness and ability to travel
