Job Description Job Description Responsibilities: Project Planning, define project scope, budget, and schedule. Develop detailed project plans and timelines. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients Lead HVAC technicians and subcontractors. Resolve conflicts and ensure client satisfaction Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes. Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot issues Budget & Resource Management Manage procurement of materials and equipment. Negotiate contracts and timelines Documentation & Reporting Maintain detailed records of project progress. Qualifications: 5–10 years experience as an HVAC Project Manager or similar role Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and maintenance requirements Strong understanding of project management principles Exceptional communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills Proficiency with project management software Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, PMP / PMI or related training (preferred but not required)
