Job Description Job Description Project Manager This Long Island based company that's well-established and growing fast offers a very competitive comp plan for paving project managers with 5 years exp $100-$150K salary 401k w/ contribution (after 1 year) Profit sharing (after 1 year) Annual raises We're looking for someone with 5 years experience milling and paving (concrete and drainage exp a definite plus). Beyond that, looking for someone who takes extreme ownership of their work and helps us deliver a high quality product to our customers. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee paving projects from inception to completion. Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, clients, and team members throughout the project lifecycle. Supervise site activities, ensuring safety compliance and adherence to quality standards. Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders. Qualifications Must have - 5 years of experience in project management and expertise with milling and paving Nice to have - Concrete, drainage, and line striping experience Nice to have - BS in Construction Management or similar Nice to have - HCSS, Sage or similar Benefits Healthcare / vision / dental Group term life insurance Profit sharing (after 1 year) 401K contributions (after 1 year) - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
