Nurse Practitioners NP-C to review UAS Assessments all over NYS!

hourly****__****Flexible Schedule****__****This is a position with
Face-to-Face assessments***_*JOB SUMMARY** Responsible for
reviewing and making recommendations on consumer assessments for
long term care services and supports* Maintain current knowledge of
regulatory changes pertaining to quality and validity of
assessments* Assess cases presented and utilizes clinical
competencies to review and validate assessment outcomes* Work
collaboratively to monitor and address clinical quality and gaps in
care* Provide clinical and educational assistance to support
project initiatives* Demonstrate communication skills necessary to
interpret age-specific responses* Participate in performance,
improvement, and quality assurance activities and related meetings*
Provide clinical and educational support to meet program goals*
Meet all standards established for this position as outlined in the
corresponding annual performance criteria and bonus template for
this position* Perform other duties as may be assigned by
Management*Required Licensure** Current NY State Board Certified
Nurse Practitioner Licensure*Required Experience** 2+ years
practicing experience as a Nurse Practitioner* Computer literacy
and the ability to navigate new and emerging technology* Highly
developed written and oral communication skills; strong
interpersonal skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing
environment with proven ability to work with community
