Job Description:
*LPN Shift Supervisor $34.00/hr**Location:* Commack, NY*Shifts
Available:* Sunday & Monday, 7:00 AM - 3:15 PM*Pay Rate:* $34.00
per hourUS Medical Staffing LLC is seeking an experienced and
dedicated *LPN Shift Supervisor* to oversee nursing care and ensure
high-quality service for residents. If you have strong leadership
skills and a passion for patient care, we encourage you to
apply.*Responsibilities:** Supervise and oversee *Medication Aides*
and *Resident Care Coordinators* to ensure proper care is
provided.* Administer medications, including oral, topical, eye
drops, and injections.* Perform *wound care, ostomy care, and Foley
care* as needed.* Conduct basic health screenings, such as blood
pressure, temperature, pulse, and weight checks.* Maintain the
*24-hour shift report* to ensure accurate documentation and
communication.* Coordinate medical appointments, lab tests, and
medication orders.* Inform families and healthcare providers of
*any changes in a residents health*.* Ensure compliance with
*medication safety protocols and patient care standards*.* Maintain
*clean and professional* work areas, including wellness and exam
rooms.*Requirements:** *Valid New York State LPN License** *Minimum
of 2 years of LPN experience*, preferably in geriatrics* Basic
First Aid training certification* Strong supervisory and delegation
skills* Ability to physically assist residents, including lifting
and bending* Excellent communication and organizational skills*Why
