Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Geriatrics - Discipline: Nurse Practitioner - Start Date: 07/18/2025 - Duration: 52 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Position: Full-Time permanent Adult Nurse Practitioner Location Options: - New York, NY – Part Time - Warren County, NY – All - Fulton County, NY – All - Mohegan Lake, NY – Part Time - Catskill, NY – All - Troy, NY – All - Washington County, NY – All - Brooklyn, NY Compensation: $60,000 – $150,000 per year (commensurate with experience) Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Available Requirements at a Glance: - Master’s degree in Nursing (from an accredited NP program) - Minimum of 3 years clinical experience, ideally with geriatrics or long-term care - Active NY State NP license DEA registration - Medicare/Medicaid eligible provider status - Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) preferred About the Role: Are you a compassionate, dedicated healthcare professional ready to make a real difference?
