Job Description Job Description Job Title: Patient Escort Schedule: 25 - 35 hrs a week Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour Requirements: Must have a valid HHA or CNA Certificate Job Description: We are seeking reliable and compassionate Patient Escorts to assist with the safe transportation and support of patients within a healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity while maintaining compliance with facility policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Escort patients safely to and from rooms, departments, and appointments Assist patients with mobility, including wheelchairs and stretchers Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, visitors, and staff Observe and report any patient concerns or safety issues Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality guidelines Provide courteous and respectful support at all times Qualifications: Active HHA or CNA certification required Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Experience in a healthcare setting preferred resumes to mfesinstine@phaxis.com
