Job Description Title: Ultrasound / Sono Tech - Echocardiogram Location: Flushing, NY 11355 Contract: 13 Weeks (with possible extension) Schedule: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Including a 45-Minute Break) Job Summary The Echocardiography Technologist performs diagnostic echocardiograms using approved protocols and equipment, delivering patient-focused care while supporting clinical and operational needs across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Perform adult echocardiography procedures following established protocols Operate and maintain echocardiography equipment, including CX50 and Philips Affiniti Ensure accurate image acquisition and documentation Provide compassionate, patient-oriented care with clear communication Utilize EHR/EPIC systems for documentation and workflow Requirements High School Diploma or GED Completion of an approved Echocardiogram Training Program ARDMS (RDCS – Adult Echo) or CCI (RCS) certification Experience preferred Familiarity with echocardiography procedures and equipment Proficiency with computers and EHR systems (EPIC preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
