Job Description Job Description Position: Adult Nurse Practitioner Location Options: New York, NY – Part Time Warren County, NY – Full-time & Part-time Fulton County, NY – Full-time & Part-time Mohegan Lake, NY – Part Time Catskill, NY – Full-time & Part-time Troy, NY – Full-time & Part-time Washington County, NY – Full-time & Part-time Brooklyn - NY Full Time Compensation: $60,000 – $120,000 per year (commensurate with experience) Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Available Requirements at a Glance: Master’s degree in Nursing (from an accredited NP program) Minimum of 3 years clinical experience, ideally with geriatrics or long-term care Active NY State NP license DEA registration Medicare/Medicaid eligible provider status Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) preferred Authorized to Prescribe Medications under NYS Law §6910 About the Role: Are you a compassionate, dedicated healthcare professional ready to make a real difference?
