Responsibilities for a Nurse Manager: Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care. Visit our Adult and Pediatrics Skilled Nursing clients and conduct assessments in Union County. Develop the care plan and oversee its execution. Supervise RN's and LPN's in the field. Facilitate new hire orientation. Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff. Qualifications for a Nurse Manager: Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN. Supervisory experience (preferred) Homecare experience is a PLUS! Trach/vent experience or an interest in learning!
