Schedule: Monday–Friday, No Weekends Job Details RN Unit Manager Duties include: Supervises and directs the nursing staff during the shift, ensuring adequate staffing and coverage. Provides guidance and support to nurses and nursing assistants, addressing questions and concerns. Act as a resource for staff, offering clinical expertise and decision-making support.
