Job Description Job Description Job Title: Primary Care Physician Overview: We are seeking a board-certified Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages. The role involves preventive care, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, health maintenance, and patient education. Responsibilities: Conduct patient examinations and develop treatment plans. Diagnose and manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma. Order and interpret diagnostic tests. Prescribe medications and therapies. Coordinate care with specialists when necessary. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure quality patient care. Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds. Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Valid and unrestricted state medical license and DEA license. Current BLS/ACLS certification. Clean malpractice history. Excellent clinical skills and medical knowledge. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR/EMR systems). Commitment to patient-centered care and quality improvement.
