An integrated, community-based health system centered around a
154-bed hospital in south central Connecticut is adding a Family
Medicine Physician. They have a network of more than 20 locations
across central Connecticut. Practice Details Total outpatient NCQA
Level 3 recognized Patient Centered Medical Home Five-day work week
with shared call coverage Fully integrated EMR
Compensation/Benefits Base salary plus productivity and quality
