Job Description Leaderstat - Post Acute is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health Hospice for a travel nursing job in Greenwich, Connecticut. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Hospice - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Shift: 5x8/DAYS (8:30A-5:30P: MON-FRI) Required Experience: 2 years, GT: 36 Length: 13 weeks Ratios: 2-4 patients per day Work week: SUN-SAT Scrubs: clean/professional scrubs with closed toe shoes Travel radius: 50 miles from facility Mileage: included in bill rate, CT requirement REQUIRES the COVID vaccination & Boosters. Medical/Religious exemptions are granted on a case by case basis, and any traveler that receives facility approval for the medical/religious exemption must be tested weekly (which is a facility responsibility)
