This role is crucial in providing top-notch physical therapy across various healthcare facilities we partner with. As a Physical Therapist Floater, you will have the unique opportunity to work in different settings, adapting to the diverse needs of our patients while upholding the highest standards of care. Your expertise in physical therapy will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient mobility and overall quality of life. Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate physical therapy treatment plans. Implement patient care programs using specialized techniques to facilitate recovery and independence. Rotate across partnered healthcare facilities, ensuring consistent and uninterrupted service delivery. Document and record the patient’s progress, and modify treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and ongoing care strategies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt to changing environments and patient needs Expertise in a wide range of physical therapy techniques and equipment Proficiency in patient and treatment documentation software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid physical therapy license. APTA membership preferred.
