Job Description: Area Director / Licensed Physical Therapist Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy (Outpatient Ortho) This position will be based out of Freehold, NJ, with some local travel to sister clinics that you would be overseeing. The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on coaching, financial accountability, and culture building across a growing region. Area Directors play a key role in scaling Ivy’s mission while empowering Clinic Directors and their teams to thrive.
