We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be integral to our mission of delivering top-notch rehabilitative care and wellness services. You will work closely with a team of medical professionals to administer nursing care to our residents in a rehabilitative environment. This position requires a blend of expertise in clinical skills, patient care, and a passion for improving the lives of others. Administer daily nursing care according to residents' care plans, including medication management, wound care, and monitoring vital signs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess resident needs, plan and modify care, and implement interventions. Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families. Maintain accurate patient records and report any significant changes in resident condition to attending physicians. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the facility. Participate in the development of patient management plans, working with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Proficient in clinical skills with an emphasis on patient care and rehabilitation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Solid organizational skills and attention to detail. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. CPR/BLS certification.
