Job Description:
Berkshire Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor to
join our team, focusing on rehabilitation and skilled nursing
services. The Nurse Supervisor will oversee nursing staff, ensure
compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, and maintain
the highest standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will
possess a strong background in clinical skills, leadership ability,
and a passion for patient recovery and well-being in a nurturing
environment. Manage and supervise nursing staff, ensuring adherence
to facility policies and health regulations. Coordinate nursing
services with other health care disciplines within the facility.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide mentoring and coaching
to nursing staff. Oversee patient care planning and implementation
of health care plans. Ensure the effectiveness of patient care
documentation and maintain patient confidentiality. Handle any
staffing issues and lead educational programs for staff
improvement. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in healthcare
management and patient care software Good decision-making and
problem-solving skills Ability to handle high-stress situations
effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state Certified
Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) or similar is preferred
