Clover Meadows Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting physical therapists in implementing rehabilitation treatments and exercises for a variety of patients. Successful candidates will assist in the recovery and rehabilitation process, aiding patients in achieving their optimal functional ability as part of our commitment to provide high-quality, person-centered care. Assist physical therapists in administering exercises and therapy treatments Document patient response to therapy and progress towards objectives Ensure treatment areas are prepared, including equipment setup and maintenance Educate patients and families about treatment and exercise routines Adhere to protocols and regulations to ensure patient care safety and effectiveness Facilitate use of devices and prosthetics Ability to follow physical therapy directives accurately Strong interpersonal and communication skills Adept at handling and maintaining therapy equipment Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of appropriate safety and preventive measures Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current Physical Therapist Assistant license CPR and First Aid certification recommended
