ready to make a difference? The Program At Novo Nordisk, interns
will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced industry
professionals and gain valuable, hands-on, full-time work
experience. For ten weeks, interns will be immersed in the
environment of a global pharmaceutical company and contribute to
the line of business by providing sustainable and meaningful
project work. Our internship program also includes instructor led
trainings, a leadership engagement series, and a guided mentorship
program to offer professional and personal development. In addition
to individual department responsibilities, interns will also
participate in the program's capstone event, the Innovation in
Action Case Competition. Assigned to cross-functional teams,
interns will work closely to develop an innovative and
comprehensive solution to a business problem currently facing Novo
Nordisk. At the conclusion of the program, teams will present their
findings to a board of top Novo Nordisk officials representing the
various lines of business. Program Start: June 1st, 2026 Program
End: August 7th, 2026 The Position At US Operations, we always

Ethics & Compliance Department – US Privacy Office. The intern
within the Ethics & Compliance Department – US Privacy Office will
focus on supporting the team to: (a) continue its implementation of
privacy law requirements with a particular emphasis on
comprehensive privacy regulations at the federal and state levels
in the United States; (b) monitor and report on legislative action
related to privacy laws; (c) prepare research memoranda on
interpretations of emerging and existing privacy laws as well as
other pertinent privacy topics affecting the pharmaceutical
industry; (d) help create additional efficiencies and methodologies
for our agile privacy management program; and (e) experience real
world application of privacy law into compliance operations.
Additional responsibilities will vary depending on the needs of the
US Privacy Office and status of existing projects. Qualifications
Must be a current student enrolled or recently graduated
(graduation date no earlier than April 2026) at/from an accredited
college or university pursuing at least a bachelor’s degreeA
completed or in progress undergraduate degree in Data Ethics,
Privacy, Compliance, AI or a related discipline preferredClass of a
junior or senior preferredStrong academic record with a preferred
cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higherConscientious self-starter with good
organizational skills, project management skills and attention to
detailAbility to balance multiple projects and priorities, must be
able to multi-taskStrong interpersonal communication and ability to
collaborate with teams; must effectively operate independently,
across functional lines, and with internal customersDemonstrated
personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability and
willingness to learnProficient in Microsoft Office Tools including
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. At this time, Novo Nordisk is not
currently hiring individuals for this position who now or in the

base compensation range for this position is $52,000 to $89,000 on
an hourly basis. Due to the temporary nature of this program, this
position is not eligible to participate in any of the Company's
benefit plans and will not be entitled to any paid time off unless
