Perform various administrative and clinical duties under the direction of their assigned direct supervisor.2. Performs the following clinical duties as necessary:a. Measures and records vital signsb. Records patient interview, history, and chief complaintc. Prepares patients for examinations and performs routing screening testsd. Assists physicians with examse. Phlebotomy and collection of other lab specimensf. Performs basic lab test3. Assist in maintaining patient logs for the following:a. Lab requests, CT scans and other treatment orders for the patientsb. Prescription ledger when needed4. Maintaining the back office with good flowa. Keeping rooms fullb. Assist with room turnoverc. Accurate and complete room set-up for physiciand. Ensures that all patients medication is updated before physician visit.5. Set-up for in office Surgical procedures6. Knowledge in healthcare systems operations such as EMR, Practice Management Solutions. Communication skills and customer service oriented.Experience Requirement6 months experience working within a physicians office desired.
