details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are actively
seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit
(PCU) for an immediate opening in New York. This position is ideal
for experienced nurses who are confident in managing high-acuity
patients requiring close monitoring but not intensive care. The RN
will provide care in Telemetry, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown settings with
a strong focus on cardiac monitoring and emergency response.
Responsibilities include interpretation and management of
dysrhythmias, participation in Rapid Response and Code teams, IV
therapy, phlebotomy, blood product administration, and
central/peripheral line care. The nurse will manage cardiac and
vasoactive drips (no titration required), administer oxygen therapy
via nasal cannula, and provide non-invasive airway management.
Strict adherence to isolation precautions and PPE protocols is
required.
